Assigning provider profiles to system users

To assign a provider profile to a system user: 

  1. After signing into your account, access the Credentialing application from your Launchpad. 
  2. Select the Providers tab from the Credentialing Overview.
  3. Select the provider you wish to assign to a system user from the list of providers. This directs you to the provider’s profile.
  4. On the provider profile, click the “Assigned to” dropdown. This dropdown displays all system users to whom the provider may be assigned. 
  5. Select the system user to whom the provider profile should be assigned. There is no need to save. Once you select the system user, the provider is automatically assigned to the system user selected. 

Please note: System users do not currently receive a notification regarding new provider assignments.
