Sending reappointment application requests to providers

If a provider is within the 120 day reappointment window and their current status is either “Approved” or “Denied,” you can send them a request to complete their reappointment application.

To send a reappointment request to a single provider:

  1. After signing into your account, access the Credentialing application from your Launchpad.
  2. Select the Providers tab from the Credentialing Overview.
  3. Select the provider you wish to assign to a system user from the list of providers. This directs you to the provider’s profile.
  4. Select “Send reappointment application.”
    1. If you receive an error message that the provider has not yet been invited to EverCheck Wallet, select “Action” from the provider profile. Then, click “Invite to EverCheck Wallet.” This delivers an email invitation to the provider to register their EverCheck Wallet account with your organization. After this provider has been invited to EverCheck Wallet, you can attempt this workflow again.

To send reappointment requests to providers in bulk:

  1. After signing into your account, access the Credentialing application from your Launchpad.
  2. Select the Providers tab from the Credentialing Overview.
  3. Select the checkboxes next to the providers who require a reappointment application. Please note: checkboxes can only be selected for providers whose statuses are “Needs reappointment.”
  4. Once you have selected one or more providers, a “Send reappointment” button appears on the page. Select this option when all providers who require reappointment have their checkbox checked.
  5. Confirm the total number of providers who will receive reappointment requests, then select “Send.”
    1. If you receive an error message that one or more requests have failed to send, select “Review” to see the list of providers with issues preventing the reappointment request from being delivered. Address any issues, such as invalid email addresses or providers who have not yet been invited to EverCheck Wallet, and try again.
