Approving or denying a provider application

To approve or deny a provider’s application:

  1. After signing into your account, access the Credentialing application from your Launchpad. 
  2. Select the Providers tab from the Credentialing Overview.
  3. Select the provider to access their profile. 
  4. Select the “Actions” button from the provider profile, then select either “Approve” or “Deny.”Please note: the “Actions” button only appears when a provider’s application status is either “Under review” or “Reappointment under review.”

This action changes the provider’s status to “Approved” or “Denied.” 

Please note: If a system user accidentally approves or denies a provider application, the account’s Client Success Manager must revert this action. Please contact EverCheck directly for assistance.
