Why am I getting an error when trying to login using single sign-on?

There could be a few different reasons for a failed login attempt through single sign-on.
 1. You may have entered the incorrect username and password used within your organization's directory.

 2. You may not have been added a user within EverCheck. 

3. The user principal name designated by your organization's ADFS may not be loaded into EverCheck for you. The username within EverCheck should match the ADFS user principal name.

4. The SSO settings may need to be reviewed and adjusted by EverCheck and your organization. Please reach out to the EverCheck support team and we can help.
