Who receives our invoices and how are they delivered?

Select EverCheck users can view invoices within their EverCheck account. Users can also be designated to receive a PDF of the invoices via email, like Accounts Receivable and other administrators. These users/designations are set up during the implementation process and can be modified by your Client Success Manager.
Invoices are available within users' accounts and emailed on the first of the month following the billing cycle.
To access invoices, click the profile icon in your EverCheck account. Select Settings and then the Billing tab.
